Reporting Copyright Infringement

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed.
  • Provide the user with an opportunity to file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@federaljobsalert.us with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its previous URL.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
